Achievements:
- Overseeing delivery of foundational plans and frameworks including the Strategic Plan 2015-18, Reconciliation Action Plan, Mental Health Community Support Services NWMR Catchment Based Plan, and Human Rights and Advocacy Framework
- Establishment of Directorate leadership team, comprising four Senior Managers responsible for Prevention and Population Health Planning; Community Partnerships, Programs and Strategies; Policy, Research and Service Innovation; and Communications, Marketing and Media Relations
Responsibilities:
- Leading substantial change management preparatory to and following the merge of three organisations to become one of Australia’s largest community health providers
- Establishing cohealth’s profile and brand recognition; policy, advocacy and research foundations; and commitment to consumer participation and codesign
- Seven direct reports overseeing approximately 50 staff
- Combined budget of approximately $4m
